At Moha India, every garment is crafted with utmost care and attention to detail. We strive to ensure that you have a seamless shopping experience with us.
Customized & Made-to-Order Products
All customized, altered, personalized, and made-to-order products are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged, or refunded.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

The product received is damaged.

The product received is defective.

An incorrect product has been delivered.
Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order by sharing clear images and order details with our customer support team.
SIZE EXCHANGES
As most of our garments are crafted with precision and may involve customization, size exchanges are generally not accepted. Customers are requested to carefully review the size chart before placing an order.
In exceptional cases, size exchanges may be considered solely at the discretion of Moha India, subject to product availability and condition.
RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for any approved exchange:

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are only applicable if:

An order cannot be fulfilled by Moha India.

An approved exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
